Tracks localization code reviews and their open comments, so owners can see which reviews still need
attention and mark them as handled.
Auto-refresh: comment counts, build status, and merge status update automatically about
once every hour.Reminder (NAG) email: sent at most once per day (around 09:00 UTC) to the owner of a
review that is still open and has no unresolved comments — a nudge to merge. Reviews that are already merged,
closed, or abandoned are never nagged. (Reminders are off unless enabled by the team.)"Addressed" can revert: marking a review Addressed is re-checked on the next hourly
scan. If the review still has open or unresolved comments (or new comments have appeared), it is automatically
set back to "Mark addressed". It stays Addressed only once every comment is resolved, or once the review is
merged, closed, or abandoned.
